#21 TIGER WAR - 1984

Tiger War by Don Pendleton (with contribution from Tom Jagninski) - copyright ©1984 Worldwide Library - Cover illustration by Gil Cohen.

"One man alone could only do so much in that war, but Mack Bolan did it harder and larger. He supremely left his mark upon the enemy and the land." - Publisher's blurb

Note: Throughout the 1980s, Illustrator, Gil Cohen, did a slew of the covers for the Mack Bolan, Executioner, series. This is one of my favorites of the series and typical of the wonderful sense of action Cohen could command.

"Wonderful sense of action"?
Wonderful sense of absurdity!
Try holding that pose on a stampeding elephant.
Sorry for nagging, but where's the tiger? Riding a tiger would have been even more elegant, yehehes.
